Arrival
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may mean that your treatment time is reduced or we may not be able to honour your booking. (A cancellation fee of 50% will apply)
 
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Out of consideration for all guests a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. A deposit or credit card detail is required for all booking confirmations. If the required notice is not given we will charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment.
 
What will I wear during treatments?
Maintaining your sense of dignity and comfort is important to us. We will provide you with a robe and slippers and during your treatment you will always be respectfully draped to ensure your privacy. For ultimate comfort and product application we recommend you wear as little as possible and will provide disposable underwear for all body treatments.
 
Special considerations
Some of our spa treatments may not be suitable for all individuals given certain circumstances or medical conditions. Our reception will be happy to discuss any special requirements and advise which treatments will be most suitable for you.
